City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure.

Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum
to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any
matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
a. Receive Presentation from San Mateo County Census Representatives on Census 2020.
b. The San Bruno Library will be presenting another installment in the Coffee and The
Cosmos series on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the downstairs community
room. The featured speaker will be Dr. Nic J. Scott, lead research scientist at NASA’s Ames
Research Center in California’s Silicon Valley. Please join us for a talk, some refreshments,
and informal Q&A session.
c. Are you an artist who has 2D works you’d like to display at the San Bruno Library? If so, the
San Bruno Culture and Arts Commission invites you to apply for the Community Art Gallery
program. Application deadline is March 20, 2020. For more information and an application
please visit the Culture and Arts Commission’s web page or call program liaison Tim
Wallace at (650) 616-7084.
d. The Recreation Department is accepting applications for various part time positions for
summer employment for both camp and aquatic programs. Interviews will be scheduled in
April. If you are interested in applying, please visit the calopps.org website or pick up an
application at the Recreation Center.

a. Accept Accounts Payable of February 10, 2020.
b. Accept Payroll of February 2, 2020.
c. Approve Draft Meeting Minutes for Special and Regular Meetings of February 11, 2020.
d. Adopt Resolution Recognizing the Importance of the 2020 U.S. Census and Supporting the
Effort to Ensure a Complete, Fair, and Accurate Count of All Residents in the City of San Bruno.
e. Waive Second Reading and Adopt an Ordinance to amend and replace San Bruno
and Loading) and amend Chapters 12.92, 12.96 and 12.200.
6. PUBLIC HEARING:
a. Hold Public Hearing and Adopt Resolution Establishing an Underground Utility District on
Crystal Springs Road between Cunningham Way and El Camino Real.
7. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
a. Receive Report and Confirm Appointments of City Councilmembers to Two New Ad Hoc
Committees: Education Roundtable Committee; and, Open Space, Parks and Recreation
Facility Planning Committee Related to the former Crestmoor High School Site
b. Receive Mid-Year Financial Update Report for FY2019-20 as of December 31, 2019 and
Adopt a Resolution Approving the Budget Balancing Strategies and Second-Quarter Budget
Amendment for the FY2019-20 Operating and Capital Budget.
c. Receive Report and Provide Direction Regarding Amendments to San Bruno Municipal
Code Title 4 (Licenses And Regulations) as Part of a Comprehensive Municipal Code
