The City of San Bruno Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee Chairman Matt Gaines has announced that there will be two Refresher Stations here in San Bruno as the Committee once again participates in the annual “Bike To Wherever Day” event. Proudly, the two Stations will continue a long tradition of “Bike To Work Day” in which it has participated for more than twenty years beginning with past committee members Walter Bird and David Nigel.

On Thursday May 17th 2025 one station will be inviting bike cyclists at the San Bruno BART station and the other will operate at the CalTrain station Posy Park location.

Both stations will be inviting cyclists for refreshments, maps, and written documents starting at 7:00 a.m. and concluding at 9:30 a.m.

Veteran BPAC member, Cecile Riborozo, representing the Walmart Corporation, coordinates the BART station, while current Chairman Matt Gaines organizes the CalTrain stopping place.
This is a truly wonderful community service project actively involving the Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee members.
