Caltrain seeks volunteer for Citizens Advisory Committee
The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, which manages Caltrain, is seeking a San Mateo County resident to serve on its Citizens Advisory Committee.
The committee has one vacancy representing San Mateo County. Members serve three-year terms.
The nine-member Citizens Advisory Committee advises the JPB Board of Directors and provides input on the needs of current and future Caltrain riders.
Residents interested in joining the committee can apply through the Citizens Advisory Committee page on the Caltrain website or by calling 650.508.6347. Applications are due by Friday, Aug. 14. The term for the open seat expires June 30, 2029.
Unless otherwise noted, the committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:40 p.m. at Caltrain
headquarters, 166 N. Rollins Road in Millbrae, a short walk from the
