We are proud to share that Captain Matt Lethin of the San Mateo Police Department has been appointed as the next Chief of Police for the San Bruno Police Department, effective June 16th!
Chief
Lethin brings a wealth of experience from both the San Mateo Police
Department and the Marin County Sheriff’s Department. We’re excited to
welcome him as he steps into this important leadership role.
We
also want to express our deep appreciation to Chief Susan Manheimer for
serving as Interim Chief during the recruitment process. Her guidance
and leadership have been essential in ensuring a smooth transition.
This appointment was officially announced today by City Manager Alex D. McIntyre.
