The Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for the proposed Tanforan Redevelopment Project are now available for public review.
The Final EIR evaluates the potential environmental impacts associated with the proposed project and includes responses to comments received on the Draft EIR during the public review period. The MMRP lists mitigation measures recommended in the EIR prepared for the project and identifies mitigation monitoring and implementation requirements.
The release of the Final EIR is an important step in the City's environmental review process. Availability of the Final EIR does not constitute approval of the proposed project. The project remains subject to consideration through the City's public review and hearing process.
Residents and interested community members are encouraged to review the Final EIR and learn more about the proposed project.
