i.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Committing to Take Steps Toward Achieving Compliance with The Metropolitan Transportation Commission's (MTC's) Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy as a Condition for MTC to Allocate Regional Discretionary Funding to the Specific Plan and Zoning Code Amendments, Parking Management, and Housing Policy Development Projects

j.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with CCI Catering, dba Creekside Grill for the Provision of Catering Services for the San Bruno Senior Center Congregate Nutrition Lunch Program for an Amount Not to Exceed $375,000 for Fiscal Year 2025-26

k.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Magnet Forensics for the Use of its Digital Forensics Product Suite

l.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Cellebrite for the Use of Its Digital Forensics Product Suite

m.    Consider Adoption of the Ordinance Entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Designating Fire Hazard Severity Zones and Finding the Action Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act”

n.    Consider Adoption of an Ordinance Entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Amending Title 7 (Vehicles And Traffic) By Replacing the Police Chief with the City Manager for Management of the Downtown Paid Parking Program”

a.    Councilmember Alvarez:
Discuss re-agendizing the reconsideration of the Adoption of a Resolution Amending Rates and Regulations for Paid Parking on City-Owned or Controlled On and Off-Street Parking Facilities of the two items below:
1.    Include a $0.50 rate for off-street parking lot spaces if using coins and include pass through of transaction fee for credit card payment,
2.    Remove paid parking on El Camino Real; remove the associated 21 kiosks, keep the 2- hour parking limit.
