There is a single public comment period for all items in this section

a.    The City of San Bruno and Recology invite you to join our 29th Annual Coat Drive! From October 1 to November 14, donate new or gently used, clean coats at City Hall, the Library, the Recreation and Aquatic Center, or other City sites. Help keep our community warm this winter!
b.    Statewide Special Election will be held November 4, 2025. The Vote Center in San Bruno will be held at the Recreation and Aquatic Center, Classroom 1 located at 251 City Park Way from November 1 ­ 4. Ballot Drop Off Boxes are located outside of City Hall at 570 Linden Avenue and in the Senior Center parking lot located at 1555 Crystal Springs Road. c.    There is no regular City Council meeting on the fourth Thursday in October. The next regular City Council meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 7:00 pm.

f.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution: Approving the Design of the Oakmont Drive Pressure Regulating Valve Replacement Project; Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Casey Construction, Inc. for the Oakmont Drive Pressure Regulating Valve Replacement Project in the amount not to exceed $422,540; Approving a Construction Contingency of $65,000; Appropriating $200,000 from the Water Enterprise Fund to the Oakmont Drive Pressure Regulating Valve Replacement Project; Approving a Total Project Budget in the Amount of $800,000; and Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act
g.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Accepting the Completion of the Florida Avenue Park Project; Authorizing the Filing of Notice of Completion with the San Mateo County Recorder’s Office; and Authorizing the Release of Construction Contract Retention in the Amount of $70,611.23
h.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Accepting Segment 1 of the Huntington Avenue Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project as Complete; Authorizing the Filing of Notice of Completion with the San Mateo Recorder's Office; Authorizing Release of the Construction Contract Retention in the Amount of $112,409.59; and Authorizing the reallocation of $317,000 of funds by Measure A, Measure G, and Gas Tax to the construction of Segment 2 of the Project

i.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Appointing Mr. Michael Kennedy as Interim Fire Chief Pursuant to California Government Code Section 21221(h)

j.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of $120,000 Grant Funds from the California Office of Traffic Safety Pursuant to the Federal Fiscal Year 2025­26 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program Grant (STEP) #PT26190 and Appropriating $120,000 from the Federal/State Grants Fund


k.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of $13,600 Grant Funds from the Office of Traffic Safety Traffic Records Improvement Project #TR26027 to Provide Traffic Safety Stakeholders with the Ability to Improve the Quality of the State’s Crash and Citation Data and Appropriating $13,600 from the Federal/State Grants Fund

a.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Amendment to the Agreement for Consultant Services with Janella Juan to Provide Mental Health Clinician Services to the San Bruno Police Department through June 30, 2026 and Appropriating an Amount not to Exceed $146,445

b.    Consider Introducing, Reading by Title Only and Waiving Further Reading of an Ordinance Entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Amending Title 11 (Buildings, Construction and Fire Protection) of the San Bruno Municipal Code and Adopting by Reference the 2025 California Referenced Standards Code and the 2025 Administrative Code” and Set Public Hearing on Adoption of Ordinances for November 12, 2025

c.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute the Five ­Year General Services Agreement with ParkMobile, LLC, for a Mobile Parking Payment Application in Substantially the Form Attached, Subject to Any Revisions Approved by the City Attorney; and Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act
