City Manager to Sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the San Bruno
Park School District and the San Bruno Education
Foundation to Support Fundraising for the San BrunoNarita Sister City Exchange Program
l. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving the
Plans for the Forest Lane Park Playground Replacement; Authorizing the
City Manager to Execute a Sole Source Construction Contract with
GameTime an authorized supplier of the government cooperative Omnia,
for the Forest Lane Park Playground Replacement and ADA Improvements in
an Amount not to Exceed $293,719; Approving a Construction Contingency
of $20,000; Approving a Budget Adjustment of $38,719 from the Community
Services Impact Fee Fund for the Completion of the Project; and
Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental
Quality Act
m. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the
Receipt of the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) Grant EM26028 for
Extrication Equipment and Authorizing the Appropriation in the Amount
of $115,079.40
n. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the
Community Development Director to Execute a Memorandum of Understanding
between the City and the Housing Endowment and Regional Trust of San
Mateo County to participate in a MultiJurisdictional Disparate Impact
Analysis, and Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California

o. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving the
San Bruno Communications and Engagement Plan for Fiscal Year 202526

City Manager to Execute a Licensed Training Provider Agreement with the
American Red Cross to Provide Swim Lessons and Safety Training Classes
through the San Bruno Community Services Department, and Determining

City Bargaining Units for the 2025 Winter Closure Pilot Program from
