PUBLIC COMMENT: In person attendees who want to provide public comment, will be asked to fill out a speaker card and turn it
into the City Clerk. Public comment may also be emailed to CityClerk@sanbruno.ca.gov. Comments received via email will not be read aloud during the meeting. Under the Brown Act, the City is only obligated to allow public comment on topics that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. If a speaker is commenting on a topic that is not within the City Council’s subject matter jurisdiction, the City reserves the right to pause the timer and ask the speaker to comport his or her comments consistent with the Brown Act’s requirements. If the speaker is unable to do so, the City reserves the right to consider the speaker disruptive and remove them from the meeting.

e.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with BRYCER, LLC dba The Compliance Engine, for Fire and Life Safety Compliance Reporting Services

f.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Reimbursement Agreement, in Substantially the Form Presented, with Toll Brothers in an Amount Not to
Exceed $305,000 for the Construction Costs Associated with Enlarging a Privately Maintained Stormwater Treatment Basin Serving the Crestmoor Residential Development Located at 300 Piedmont Avenue, for the Purposes of Providing LID/C3 Stormwater Treatment for the future City owned Crestmoor Fields

g.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving (1) a Clinician Services Agreement Between the City of San Bruno, the City of Pacifica, and Janella Juan for Community Wellness and Crisis Response Team (CWCRT) Clinician Services for a Total Amount Not to Exceed $166,400 for the City of San Bruno, and (2) an Agreement Between the County of San Mateo Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), the City of San Bruno, and the City of Pacifica for the CWCRT Program through June 30, 2028 for a Total Amount Not to Exceed $4,000; and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Both of the Agreements

h.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute a Three­Year Renewal Agreement with T2 Systems, Inc. Including Applicable Addenda with T2 Systems Canada, Inc., for Software, Connectivity, Payment Processing, Technical Support, and Related Services for the Downtown Paid Parking Program in Substantially the Form Attached, Subject to Any Revisions Approved by the City Attorney, in an Amount Not to Exceed $150,000; and Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act

i.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Recommendation from the Culture and Arts Commission to Install a Mural at 474 San Mateo Avenue Facing Centennial Plaza

j.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Services Agreement with Recology San Bruno for Illegal Dumping Collection Services on Caltrans­Owned Property in an Amount Not to Exceed $200,000 for a One­Year Term and Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act
