PUBLIC COMMENT: In person attendees who want to provide public comment, will be asked to fill out a speaker card and turn it into the City Clerk.  Public comment may also be emailed to CityClerk@sanbruno.ca.gov. Comments received via email will not be read aloud during the meeting.

Individuals allowed up to three minutes, subject to the Mayor’s discretion based on the anticipated length in the meeting. It is the Council’s policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.

There is a single public comment period for all items in this section

a.    There is no regular City Council meeting on the fourth Tuesday in December. The next regular City Council meeting will be held on January 14, 2025 at 7:00 pm.

b.    San Bruno City offices will be closed from Tuesday, December 24 through

Wednesday, January 1st. Public Safety services will remain open and in the event of an emergency, please call 911. For online payments of permits, utilities, tickets, etc. please visit https://www.sanbruno.ca.gov/Payment­Center.  City Council and City staff extend a warm and sincere Happy Holidays and wish you a safe and happy New Year

b.     Approve Accounts Payable for November 25, 2024 and December 2, 2024

c.      Accept Payroll for November 3, 2024

d.     Approve Reconciliation of General Ledger to Bank Report Dated August 31, 2024 and September 30, 2024

e.     Approve Investment Report Dated November 30, 2024

f.       Approve the 2025 City Council Meeting Calendar and Direct Staff to Cancel the Regular City

Council Meetings of August 12, 2025; October 28, 2025; November 12, 2025 and Schedule a Regular City Council Meeting on November 4, 2025

g.     Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving San Bruno Community Foundation Officers for Calendar Year 2025

h.     Consider Adoption of Resolution Revising the Culture and Arts Commission By­laws

i.       Consider Adoption of a Resolution Revising the Parks and Recreation Commission By­laws

j.       Consider Adoption of a Resolution Accepting the Completion of the Centennial Plaza
Improvement Project, Authorizing the Filing of Notice of Completion with the San
Mateo County Recorder’s Office and Authorizing the Release of Construction Contract Retention in the Amount of $60,498.35

k.      Consider Adoption of a Resolution:

Approving the Design of the Acappella Well Project (Commodore Park Well

Replacement) – Phase I;

Authorizing the City Manager to Award a Construction Contract with Roadrunner Drilling

& Pump Company, Inc for the Acappella Well Project (Commodore Park Well

Replacement) – Phase I in an amount not to exceed $918,967;

Approving a Construction Contingency of $138,000;

Approving a Total Project Budget in the Amount of $1,310,000; and

                                      Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act

l.       Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving a Side Letter Agreement between the City of San Bruno and the San Bruno Management Employees Association, and Authorizing Execution by the City Manager

m.    Receive and File a Report on the General Fund’s Fiscal Year 2023­24 Preliminary Year­End Report, June 30, 2024 Reserve Balances, and Fiscal Year 2024­25 First Quarter Results

n.     C​ onsider Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Third Amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City of San Bruno and Alex D. McIntyre

c.      Appointment of Vice Mayor to Serve a One­Year Term
