a.    There is no regular City Council meeting on the second Tuesday in August. The next regular City Council meeting will be held on August 26, 2025 at 7:00 pm

b.    The 21st Annual Disaster Prep Day is scheduled for Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 10:00 am ­2:00 pm at the San Mateo County Event Center. For more information, please visit www.smcdisasterprep.org

c.    Join us at Centennial Plaza on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 4:00 ­ 8:00 pm for National Night Out, presented by the City of San Bruno. The event is a night of fun, building police­community partnerships and fostering connection and camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer and a better place to work and live. This is followed by other neighborhood events throughout the City.

h.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Amending the By­Laws for the Complete Streets Committee to Set Regular Meeting Dates; and Finding Such Action Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act

i.    Consider Adopting the Updated Sanitary Sewer Management Plan

m.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a 60-Month Lease Agreement, Maintenance Agreements, and Related Agreements with Sharp Business Systems in an Amount Not to Exceed a Cumulative $67,800 for Lease Payments Over the Lease Term Plus Additional Maintenance Costs Based on Actual Usage

n.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Committing to Take Steps Toward Achieving Compliance with The Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s (MTC's) Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy as a Condition for MTC to Allocate Regional Discretionary Funding to the Specific Plan and Zoning Code Amendments, Parking Management, and Housing Policy Development Projects

o.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Facility Lease Agreement with Girl Scouts of Northern California for Occupancy of the Carlton House; and Determining the Project is Exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act

p.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Adopting the Goals, Objectives, Strategy and Timeline for a Land Use, Housing, and Economic Development Initiative, to Initiate a General Plan Amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan and Other Elements as necessary, Specific Plan Amendments as Necessary, and Municipal Code Amendments as Necessary, and Direct Staff to Issue a Request for Proposals/Qualifications for a Consultant Team to Support this Initiative
