On Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 7:00 pm, the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following actions for the Bayhill Specific Plan and Phase 1 Office Development:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of San Bruno City Council will hold a public hearing for the following planning
applications: GPA21-002, ZA21-001 / Bayhill Specific Plan and FEIR & TM19-001, AR19-004, DA21-002 / YouTube Phase 1 Development
The City Council will hold a public hearing and consider the following actions for the project:
(A) Adopt a Resolution approving the Water Supply Assessment Report for the Bayhill Specific Plan;
(B) Adopt a Resolution certifying the Environmental Impact Report for the Bayhill Specific Plan Including Phase 1 Development, including a draft Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) and a draft Statement of Overriding Considerations;
(C) Adopt a Resolution approving Amendments to the General Plan Related to the Bayhill Specific Plan;
(D) Adopt a Resolution approving the Bayhill Specific Plan;
(E) Waive First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance by adding Chapter 12.290, Bayhill Specific Plan Districts, to implement the Bayhill Specific Plan; and
(F) Waive First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map for the Bayhill Specific Plan Area
(G) Adopt a Resolution approving a Phased Vesting Tentative Map pursuant to Section 12.38 of the San Bruno Municipal Code for the Google LLC properties in Bayhill Office Park;
(H) Waive First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance approving a Development Agreement pursuant to City Resolution 1986-77 between the City and Google LLC regarding Google’s Bayhill Office Park properties;
(I) Adopt a Resolution approving an Architectural Review Permit pursuant to Section 12.108.010 of the San Bruno Municipal Code for Phase 1 of Google LLC’s development plans in Bayhill;
(J) Adopt a Resolution approving installation of various curb marking changes along the Cherry Avenue and Grundy Lane frontages of 900 Cherry Avenue and 1000 Cherry Avenue for Google LLC’s Phase 1 project.
The Planning Commission considered these items on August 17, 2021 and recommended (5-0) City Council approval of these items.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Adoption of Water Study Assessment, certification of Final EIR with MMRP and Statement of Overriding Considerations, approval of General Plan Amendment, adoption of Bayhill Specific Plan, adding Bayhill Zoning Districts, and amending Zoning Map in addition to the proposed construction that includes two, three-story office buildings for YouTube, amounting to 440,000 square feet, with a total of 1,896 subterranean parking spaces, in addition to approving the Development Agreement and curb marking.
