April*, the natural gas credit identified as the “California Climate
Credit” will automatically apply to your utility bill. Your household
and millions of others throughout the State will receive a similar
credit on their utility bill. |
| The
California Climate Credit is designed to help utility customers during
the transition to a more sustainable future and is a direct result of
California’s nation-leading Cap-and-Invest Program that requires
polluters to pay for climate pollution. |
| PG&E** households will automatically receive the Climate Credit on their utility bill: |

| Since
2014, the CPUC calculates PG&E residential customers have received
nearly $1,183 in California Climate Credits, totaling $15.2 billion in
Cap-and-Invest Program cumulative benefits statewide. |
