Wreaths Across America December 13th 2025
Article Source: Wreaths Across America
Freedom has a cost—and you can see it etched in stone
across the country. Each name on a headstone tells a story of courage,
sacrifice, and service.
But too many heroes have no one left to visit their graves or say their
names aloud. That’s why Wreaths Across America exists: to Remember the
fallen, Honor those who serve, and Teach the next generation the value
of freedom.
This incredible effort is made possible by many generous supporters who
believe in our mission. In fact, you’re already connected to it, since
someone has placed a wreath on your behalf or given one for you as a
gift.
On Saturday, December 13, millions of volunteers will gather at cemeteries nationwide to lay wreaths and speak each veteran’s name.
You can be part of this powerful mission by sponsoring a veteran's
wreath and signing up to volunteer at one of our 5,500+ participating
locations!
Sponsor Wreaths
What does it mean to sponsor a wreath? Sponsoring
a veteran’s wreath is a personal gift of gratitude and remembrance for
someone who served this country so that we can be free.
Your sponsorship supports the yearlong mission to remember the fallen,
honor those who serve, and teach the next generation the value of
freedom, while making new and existing free programs available to the
masses. With each sponsorship made, a veteran’s wreath will be placed
to honor an American hero at participating locations this year on
National Wreaths Across America Day.
Did you know that Wreaths Across America now offers recurring sponsorships?
You can choose how often you'd like to contribute, with the flexibility to pause or cancel anytime!

With
each veteran’s wreath placed by a volunteer, we ask that they “say
their name” to ensure that the legacy of duty, service, and sacrifice
is never forgotten.
